How to use the admin page.

Admin Page User Guide

This page explains the main tasks on the admin site in plain language.

Signing in

Use the Admin Sign In section to enter your email and password. If you do not already have access, use the Request Admin Access form and wait for another admin to approve you.

Event settings

Use Event Settings to update the registration limit, registration deadline, and the schedule shown on the public event page. After making changes, click Save Settings.

Registrations

This section shows everyone who currently has a confirmed spot. Each card shows the person’s name, email, lunch choice, and payment information. If someone should be removed, click the small X and confirm the deletion.

Waitlist

If the event is full, new signups go to the waitlist. When space opens up, click Move to Registration for the next person you want to confirm. If someone no longer needs a spot, use Delete.

Hardship requests

People who request to attend without payment appear here. If space is available and you want to accept the request, click Approve and Register.

Admin access requests

This section shows people asking for admin access. Review their information and click Approve Admin Access if they should be allowed into the admin page.

Payment review

People are asked to complete payment before submitting the registration form. Their payment reference appears on the registration card so you can match it with the payment record.

Lunch planning

The registration summary includes a lunch count. Use that number when estimating how many people plan to join for lunch.

Good habits

Refresh the page if something looks out of date. Clear out cancellations so the seat count stays accurate. Move people from the waitlist as soon as confirmed spots open up.
